We are a consulting company and we usually conduct our seminars and workshops where our clients want them to be. Of course, we suggest venues conducive for learning.

We start where it should be started: needs assessment. We therefore do not just appear in a venue and conduct the seminar. Public seminars are like that. We therefore do not have "rates". We look into the result you expect, the amount of work and the number of people that will be involve and some other things.

Charisma has nothing to do with the ability to speak. Charisma is a gift. Everyone has charisma, but some of us hide our charisma that people do not notice it in us. I believe it comes also with your attitude towards your audience.

I will explore charisma in my future writings.

Great post, Jef. I agree with you one hundred percent that business leaders can and should show the way to not only climbing the corporate ladder, but the ladder of success in work and in life as well. Only a deeper kind of understanding would promote a deeper kind of change. It is disappointing that most ceos and managers would only be bosses and not step up to being visionaries and luminaries that motivate and inspire those around them in their industry.
